This event went above and beyond my expectations. I was hesitant at first to be in a group setting, but we were always assured we were in a safe space, and we didn’t have to share too much.

The retreat will draw from the work of The Gottmans, Stan Tatkin, Esther Perel, Sue Johnson and more! We will focus on improving on what you do well and changing the patterns that are keeping you stuck! You will leave with a better understanding of who you are as a “WE” and with friendships and resources for a lifetime of commitment and connection.
